  • I've read some of the other reviews that complain about the price. My feeling is you get what you pay for. I have been a loyal customer for a while. I'm busy and don't always get the chance to book appointments for my nails every 2-3 weeks. To date when I have gels done they last. And they last. I have never had any chipping or pealing. I usually see Helen (the owner). Seated at her station you get a first hand account of customers coming and going. She ALWAYS greets people when they walk in. She ALWAYS gives an approximation of wait time (if more than a couple minutes) even though you don't have an appointment. If you do come in with a chipped or broken nail she calls over the technician who saw you (if applicable). It is fixed (usually pushed to the front of the line) and you're on your way. I do know they are a favorite place for high school girls before every formal. So, yeah going during Home Coming when there are gaggle of 15-18 yr olds giggling and on their phone may not always be the most relaxing atmosphere (and I'm sure after days straight of this the technicians are equally tired). But overall a great place to go. Competent technicians. Great nail selections.
