  • TALK ABOUT SERVICE!*KALEI* Great service they greet you & make you feel as if they are your friend at the front desk when we checked in. RUSH TOWER seems to be their newest renovated tower & literally smelt nothing like cigarettes CRAZY! Anyways the moment you walk in you see they HUGE FISH TANK behind the front desk where you check in. The chandeliers above our heads were gorgeous and sparkly. We went to the VIP line check in & our girl helped us quickly & efficiently... KALEI was also one of the staff members that helped us pick out our room when I tried to compare prices with third party sites he made me notice that is it much more beneficial to actually go to the mother site. THANK YOU KALEI for having that pointed out to me. Really looking out for their guests is a number one plus in my view We got to our room door & the keys did not work... so went back down she double checked them & they still didn't work. So we used the hall way phone as she instructed so that we don't have to come all the way back down... security came up the help us... he taught us that we need to push it all the way back & make sure the arrows on the card are staight. Ahahhaha I guess you get what you pay for... but we walked in you see double door opening bathroom area with beautiful marble & huge sink w/ waterfall shower top. A vanity across from the bathroom right when you turn left into the room. There was a couch area with a TV & then the lovely king bed right behind the couch with also a TV to watch as well. It was a corner suite so we had two window views which was one of the strip & the other not so sightly of the plaza hotel & pool hahaha There was a table to do business on and everything in this room was just homey...only thing I did wish was to have a better comforter blanket... it was very flat & not so fluffy as you would expect from a hotel.. but the pillows were fluffy as heaven!
