  • Moved into my new Calatlantic home in Henderson in January 2017. After moving in I noticed horrible repair and paint jobs on the walls and baseboards . I had a broken cable wire and two warped closet doors in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Called my sales rep and was given one excuse after the other why stuff wasn't getting done. Had to call my lawyer because I wasn't getting anywhere with Calatlantic homes. House is defective and it takes forever for anyone to call you when you submit a warranty request.
