 | - Well.... where do I start??? I had to give one star... less than one is not an option... This is what I would call an unusual review. Why?... You may ask... Well let's start with the fact that my girlfriend and I, never even stepped foot in this wonderful store called... Living Spaces... It was a beautiful Saturday evening in Glendale Arizona. We had driven approximately 15 miles to get to the Living Spaces store. We planned to shop for furniture for a new home we were having built. We pulled into the parking lot and saw they were having a car show in the back half. Being car enthusiasts, we decided to walk over and check it out. After a very enjoyable walk through some very nice cars, we headed to the Living Spaces front doors... As we drew near we were greeted by a young lady who blocked our path and demanded to know what we were doing? My GF said what? and attempted to walk to the door. This lady, who later identified her self as the STORE MANAGER, stepped in front of my GF, again insisting on knowing WHAT ARE YOU DOING? My GF responded, telling her we just want to see what Living Spaces has that we may want to purchase for our new home. It was then she told us, if you're coming from the car show, you're not welcome in my store. Why? ...I asked, to which she responded, we have to much trouble around here from those people. (I now know what it felt like to be a minority in the 1950's). This manager, proceeded to tell us, If you're just coming in to use our restroom, you can't come in! We expect people who come in the store to buy something!... WOW... At that point... not only did I not want to EVER go in any Living Spaces store, anywhere in the world. I also would never spend any of my money I earn as a Phoenix Police Officer or my GF's money she earns as a highly respected Physician Assistant there! We will also make sure we relay this experience to our Friends, Family, and CoWorker's and suggest that they pass it on to their Friends, Family and CoWorkers and so on. NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS, EVEN IF I JUST NEEDED TO USE A RESTROOM... Living Spaces should send their "MANAGER" to diversity training and publicly apologize to the "Car Community" some of whom, are very wealthy despite the way they dress for a car show. IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT, THEY WILL RETURN TO YOUR STORE AND PURCHASE YOUR GOODS... Sorry to say... but Living Spaces will not be supplying the furniture for our beautiful new home... not even if they were giving it away... They can thank their MANAGER for that...... 03-11-2017. ?
