I probably wont renew my lease just due to the numerous formal complaints about the lousy service my room mate and i have received over the past 10 months or so. Currently they are doing construction and building a "state of the art" lap pool, gym, etc. I wont be here to see it or use it. The pool thats right outside my apt has been out of order since the day i moved in and was told at the time of lease signing that it would be done 2 different times. I wont be here to be able to use that when they refinish the pool. I never get to use my patio during the summer because its too hot and it doesnt have an overhang like most do. When its raining outside, i cant sit outside to enjoy the sounds and rain we all love in AZ.
The staff hasnt been up to my standing of what above and beyond what the customer needs for customer service. I should know, because i have been working in CS for 5 years.
I am always finding myself asking for Brad, or trying to talk to Brad over anyone else. He gets my questions answered and really knows how to put a smile on my face and ease my mind. Definitely give much kudos to your employee Brad for the great CS he provides to me and my room mate.
