| - I purchased a vehicle the end of October 2014 and now still dealing with crap from these people. Rude, don't listen to the customer, all around bad customer service. I am still waiting on my plates and tags, which I was told almost two weeks ago they'd get a rush delivery on it, still the temporary expired and even after trying to speak with someone the day they expired, I was told to come in next day.....so risk getting pulled over, towed and all the crap that comes with it? No thanks! I had to purchase a 90day to get to and from work. Than spoke with the boss of the guy I had been talking to, he seemed to be getting things done better, but says they were just sent out today... so I was lied to about rush delivery for one and when I asked who's going to reimburse me the money I paid for the 90day, he acted like he didn't know and said to go to mvd, I quickly told him they said to bring a receipt to you, he than had the nerve to ask if I really wanted to come into the dealership for 15$....um yes!
No matter who I've spoken to at Bill Luke they are inconsiderate and don't pay attention to customers when they talk. This buying process had taken way too long because they are slow at doing things and don't seem to care. They won't get another penny out of me.
The salesmen my husband and I worked with, Charles, was great, best conversation and pleasant. The Finance manager Robert and his boss Nick are a different story! They seem to try and help but in the end they are inconsiderate and rude cut me off in conversation when I was pointing out mistakes and didn't pay attention to things I said, obviously hard to do when your on the phone with your home remodeling guy instead of dealing with customer (Robert).
Will never go back!
