  • Where do I start? I can't say enough how much I love Max Automotive! Every single issue I've ever had has come to an end taking my car to Max Auto. No matter what has come up Kathy, Terry, and Jenny have all been great. From oil changes to a check engine light my car has never once had the same issues after picking it up. I would completely and honestly rather pay what they charge compared to any dealership. Peoria Ford had my car for 5 days and they couldn't find an evap leak...my car was at Max Automotive for a good 6 hours and they instantly told me over the phone what the problem was and what they fixed. I literally couldn't believe the news....now y couldn't ford "not find anything wrong with my car". Considering the same issues I had were from present when I bought the vehicle in July 2015. Then by getting there the bill wasn't nearly what I thought it was going to be. Finally the battle with the same problems have come to an end with going to Max Automotive. I wish I would have found them sooner!. After sharing my experience to my parents they are now Max customers as well! My mother has a Chrysler 300 the driver side door handle was falling off with a check engine light on. The same day I picked up my car we dropped hers off and the next day it was ready to go. The dealership Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep and Dodge quoted her $300 plus out the door to fix only the handle....going to Max Auto she got the door handle and the issue that was causing the engine light to come on and off all fixed for that price. Conveniently they had the correct part sitting right on the shelf. Upon that vehicle getting taken care of, now onto the Honda Element... Max Automotive is hands down the best auto mechanic shop I've ever had the pleasure of bringing business to. I would recommend them to anyone. Over a year and a half of the same problems with my car since I've had it and Terry knew exactly what it needed and the process to fixing each and every problem. For getting the job done completely right I couldn't be happier with this shop.. Of course Max and Sophie are the greatest dogs to have as company waiting in the lobby!! P.s. I'll have to remember treats more often. Thank you Max Automotive for everything you guys have done for me, my problem child of a car, and going onto my parents and their cars!
