  • Would not come back here to buy from this store unless the staff will change their behavior on judging the book by its cover. I work for a large investment firm hence I know how important it is to provide a great customer experience and not discriminate one individual over the other. I have to admit that I do have a youthful appearance unless I try to dress up (it's the good and bad curse of having the Asian genes). Two representatives walked right passed me to assist another couple whose the gentleman appeared to be older aka wealthier and he was doting on his young gf. Definitely feeling the Julia Roberts moment in "Pretty Woman", I rushed to the bf's side to tell him what had happened. We immediately left the store after that. Sorry Chanel, Hermes here I come!
