  • Trailside at Hermosa Pointe has been the worse place to ever consider living at, office staff are lying, condescending, manipulating, ambushing skum I have ever dealt with property management.This place will try to take all your money and act they did nothing wrong and try to fix things the cheap way and make tenants pay for there mess by towing your vehicle. Which they give tow company's permission to come in gated community. They have allowed homeless to crash on site and bath in the pool. Maintenance has intruded into my unit without permission and without notice and sometimes you will catch office people that left early, so if you have packages or requests you will have to wait for them. I have recorded all documentation of incidents please feel free to PM for videos of bursting waste pipes which allowed sewage run down parking lot in this place. I have reported to Weidner management which left lawyers mailed out letters which led in circles that tried to explain the tenant is at fault. My advice just walk away look at other sister properties I have had better move outs and leasing experience elsewhere then Trailside.
