4 stars because it meets the one requirement I have: I could not hear noise from the other rooms or the hallway. I will not return to hotels where I can hear doors shutting at all hours. So this is one fits the bill. Also has a decent free breakfast. Another plus is the number of restaurants within walking distance (as well as a grocery store and convenience store). Take the walking path to Waypoint Public House for food/drinks.
The biggest downside is that the outer curtains (the thick ones that block out light) do not close--they are only for aesthetics. So there is no sleeping in-- you will be up when the sun comes up. The fitness room is lacking, also.
