We purchased two bands,at Jareds; one before we got married and one after we got married to complemet the set and trasfer the diamond from my engagment ring to this set. We paid for the setting and were told everything was under warranty. Three months after, my diamond fell off and I lost it, when we went back to Jareds to claim, the manager Barry Carroll was rude, blamefull and cold since the beggining, put the blame on me implying I slam the ring pretty hard wich is ridiculuos, tha tthey dont guarantee diamonds from someplace else. Why they would charge good money for doing a setting and not stand by quality of their own job. THEY DID NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSABILITY AT ALL. Try diferent way to put the blame in me and told us to claim it in our home insurance. I will NEVER buy from them. My husband family have made several purchases in Oregon from them and were susprised by this. We will not promote this bussness at all. They promised and mislead people with the lifetime warrantees but its very decieving and misleading.
