| - So how should i start, I guess I'll just say from experience of living in a residence that is ran and supposed to be maintained by this property management but is poorly done and 9 Times our of ten directed to voicemail of our property manager. During the summer this year our ac broke down as it does every year, not the property managements fault, as the technician when they finally do come out have told us it's an old unit and needs to be changed, mind you we rent this place so it's not our job to do so. Anyways our ac breaks we put a request in next day, don't hear anything for a few days call again and at this point we're contacting our landlord who goes above and beyond to get us a portable ac unit shipped to us from California where he resides. Also bare in mind we have 2 kids and a dog it is 118 degrees outside so that would put our house at oven temperature right about 110 degrees and were only offered fans to "take the edge off the heat" . Well all I'll say is if you live in vegas and don't have a fan then there's something wrong with you. When the ac breaks and it's 110 degrees inside all the fan does is blow the heat around.
Now to the second thing on hand I knew I was going to be late on rent. So i called rpmlv and asked who I am to speak with and the lady who answered the phone told me I could tell her so I did then she tells me I do need to tell my property manager and forwards me to her line who is in the office. Well like I got voicemail I left one and hung up two days later I'm calling back and ask to speak with her and am told "well actually you need to email her" so of course I got irritated because i could've just done that In the first place. Anyways I sent the email and it took 6 days to get a response. We have never been late on rent and when I tried to make contact with them to set something up I was brushed off and i guess you could say not worth of the time to even be spoken with to have my matter heard.
Third off, my wife posted a review here about her experience with renting here and is being told to remove her post not only on here but through text message as well from our property management , she is being called a liar flat out and is being harassed through a yelp private message from someone from management which by my understanding is the owner of the company if anyone else read what is being said to her it would look like the person is threatening her with legal action because he states that her opinion is all lies and is defacing the company.
You know I would prefer a management team that calls their tenants rather then text messages or yelp battles with them. Be the professionals that you are and call your tenants, now before I'm told I'm a liar and everything I say is a lie, just know I have the screen shots and honestly were not defacing a company when it's our freedom of speech we have the right to have and it's our experience with the company to call us a liar is basically spitting in your tenants faces and making them feel unwanted in a home they rent from you.
My wife isn't wrong, a good review is not asked for it's earned. And to earn a good review you have to do some good for your tenants.
Now not all staff is bad , Shannon has been nothing but great help to me whenever I call she doesn't bs me when it comes down to things she tells me straight up what can and can't be done and i appreciate that a lot.
Anyways if your thinking about renting here just make sure you do some research. I'm pretty sure not all 50 people are lying about what they posted here like they are being told they are. I wish I knew what I was getting into when I moved in , but I didn't talk story with the property management team I talked with the guy who owns this house he and I are very close and he has done an exceptional job for me and my family
I just want to tell rpmlv rather then take it to heart. Take the criticism and grow from it. As I said not all are bad at customer service it's a 50/50 chance on who you talk too.
