Very disappointing! This is a tourist trap only! We arrived for our reservation on a Friday night and were 'cooly' greeted. (we were the third guests at 9 p.m. at night). We were told this was a concept restaurant with the focus on sabering champagne. My friend and I are from the wine industry and so we were not interested in doing this but instead, we asked about trying one of the more 'unique' champagnes, preferably from a small house. The selection was very small for a place that calls itself the "Champagnerie'. Our server was pretentious but at this time ... she seemed 'new' and uneducated about champagnes? The Sommelier was not much better. Food was mediocre and expensive at best. If you're interested in sabering champagne into a potato sack at the front door of a restaurant, this place is for you. Otherwise, save your dollars and enjoy champagne service elsewhere where you're made to feel welcome and the staff is knowledgeable.
