Seriously Southwest? How unprofessional! I have proof of Global Entry so I can use TSA Precheck, verified with Phoenix Customs and because of your unsophisticated computer system I spend an hour at the check in counter to STILL have to RUSH through the Security Point to barely make my flight! I know Vanessa tried very hard but had to leave for her vacation, well? What about my trip! Ted & Nick, you were kind but the minute Vanessa left and Katie took over, y'all just took off. And not so much of an offer for a free drink coupon or anything for my trouble and inconvenience. What kind of Customer Service is that? Apparently SWA doesn't care to fix a problem or at least have the customer walk away partially satisfied - you need to fix this issue!
