I live a few streets over, and couldn't believe I had never been to Coca before. So finally, a couple of months ago, I made it a point to go to a weekend brunch.
Luckily, we got there early enough to beat the crowd. This place gets PACKED. The sidewalk outside of it is a nightmare if you're strolling by - there's ALWAYS people outside. If you are with a group, be sure to only send one person inside to put your name in, because it gets pretty tight inside.
Service was bad and slow. I felt bad for the waitress though. Seemed understaffed that day or something. We didn't end up getting half of what we ordered because she would never come back to our table.
The food's good. It's pretentious, pricey brunch and they have some cool menu items. (I had some sort of brisket/grits dish.) It's not special enough for me to fight through swarms of people and deal with the poor service.
