  • What happened to the service industry?! It doesn't matter what business your in, you greet a client with a smile and great customer service. Walk into this bank and the tellers stand there with the bold impression that they are better than you! Good news is I can continue to bank at my Chase Bank on Greenway and 64th st where people smile when you walk in and try to help! I'm not a client of BOA and I know why! Tried to walk in this bank to help one of my clients out, now BOA will never get my service and be loosing a client. To the middle eastern lady working at the teller, you need to find a job with zero people interaction!
