  • State Street Brats has a lively atmosphere and looks to be a magnet for the Wisconsin college crowd, and that's gotta be a plus in some ways. But in other ways (i.e. the food), they don't have all that much going for them. My "signature" brat was stiff and overcooked, served with a smattering of cold waffle fries. Not recommended.
