  • I love Virgin America! The seats are comfortable and it's nice that I have my own touch screen TV! All of the employees that I've encountered are friendly and helpful. I enjoy that fact that you can message your friends or play games. I also like the color scheme of the planes. It feels like you're stepping into a lounge, not a plane. I honestly don't have anything to complain about but then again I'm an easy flyer.
