  • Service that goes above and beyond, the ability to say we may not have what you're looking for but we can find and even get it asap, that's this location. As for personal interactions between customers and staff that's irrelevant, and specific to particular people. In general the staff here has always been accommodating, knowledgeable and respectful. My hubs says I'm biased because I received chivalristic attention but fair warning ladies these guys hold the door for you, feel free to show em your wrench collection.
