  • If I could give them less than one star I would. We reserved a full size car & got a standard. Sanjay at the customer service desk absolutely refused to upgrade us after all the years of biz we have given Hertz. He kept trying us to spend more money a day. He was the most unpleasant man I have encountered in a long time. Next time we will go to Alamo or Enterprise. Horrible customer service.
