  • My family and I have been clients of Black Mountain for almost 15 years. Our dog Princess, now nearly 13 years old has been a patient of Doctor Winn's since she was about a year old. The staff of the hospital is always kind and friendly! Their hours are convenient and we are always able to get Princess in when necessary. And she has always gotten the best care available. Sadly, Princess does not have the mobility she did over the years. And we need to visit Dr. Winn a bit more frequently than we used to. It is apparent that Princess has a trusting relationship with Dr. Winn. While all of the other attendants would need to muzzle Princess before being taken into the back, she allows Dr. Winn to take her without incident. Like all of us, our Pets are family members and we love them and want them to receive the best care available. And at Black Mountain VCA, that is what you will get!
