  • I've been here about 5 times and this will be my last visit. Every time I come in the prices fluctuate. A pedicure is $25 and Van does a great job with those. However today I wanted a pedicure and gel nail polish. The owner wanted to charge $35 for gel nail polish - no manicure!! Nail polish change and to cut my nails and shape them. He got angry and walked away when I told him I would not pay $10 more to cut my nails. Van was nice and told me should would charge $25 for gel polish. You've lost a customer that spent about $100 a month at your nail shop. Luckily nail shops are a dime a dozen in this town. As a business owner myself, it's never good idea to change prices on customers. Good luck and I hope management changes their "price policy" and maintains same prices. Charging $5 for a specific nail polish or $10 to cut nails is outrageous.
