  • Excellent service! I was having flooring installed and when they tried to turn off the water supply to the washer, the supply valve wouldn't turn the water off. I called Sav-On and they arrived an hour later. Jesse gave me options, one of which was to cap off the supply or I could spend much more and have the valve replaced (both washer and fridge supply valves were old and needed the same thing). I opted the fix of replacing the valves and not take the cheap escape. Mainly because Jesse was honest, informative and prompt in addressing my issue. And also, it would have to be replaced at some point anyway. Very impressed with the job done, the friendliness and the professionalism.
