  • I usually gave beyond great experience here especially when it came to the numerous blood draws my jaundice newborn had to endure. Today I went for my self and had my blood drawn by Esther, damn was she rude and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me the whole time. I left not knowing if she needed anything else because of her lack of communication skills. Definitely will be requesting someone else next time.
