  • Went the other day to shop with a girlfriend went up to the counter just to put something down the store manager or owner insisted that we check out and go back and do more shopping we didn't want to do that. he insisted once again that we check out and then go back shopping we checked out the man was rude never again will we go back there. Just fay before yesterday I went in here again I've been going to this store for the past 5 yrs never had a problem NEVER until the above review and now this one I am going to write. I went in had my purse & a smiths bag with me had chocolate and a sports drink in it, Hi I said as always everywhere I go & walked to get what I needed I know where everything is in there & yes it's a pig sty messy. He said where you going to me I said WHAT I knew he was talking to me as I was the only person in there, I replied to get something back here, he said put your bag ( smiths bag) over here leave in cart. I was stunned I said what did you just say he said same thing again plus added this it's company policy yeah right and also said if you don't leave it here you will not be served, Man you said the wrong BS to me I was thinking! He was meen about it too, didn't offer to put my bag behind the counter, what if I had put it in a cart anyone could have come in and taken it. I said no it's staying with me. He said you not put it here you not get served. I said fine, I won't be back here again you just lost yourself a loyal customer. I walked out took a couple of pics of the front store and here I am telling you all. There has been about 3 new owners since I have been going there, it appears that there's a lot of stealing going on someone was telling me. So he just picked on a long time paying customer and I promise you I will never go in there again. I don't see this place lasting much longer. He does nothing all day every time I have gone in there he's day dreaming not cleaning up his store. Bye bye JT's Dollar Castle....
