  • It's sad that Ganley continues to proliferate in the NE Ohio area but alas, it is true and it can't be because of their awesome staff. My husband came to Ganley because he wanted a very particular Subaru model that only Ganley had in the area. As soon as the salesperson helped us and my husband told him that's the car he wanted, the salesman looked him up and down and, no joke, said "how much money do you make per year?" When my husband told him his very reasonable salary the salesman laughed and said "you're not getting into that car". When I told him I was cosigning he goes "well, I hope you make a hell of a lot more money than your husband" In fact, I do not, but insisted he run my credit. When he came back to see that we could more than afford the car, he didn't even apologize and is now soliciting us to buy another vehicle from him. Never again will we deal with Ganley. We only got the car because my husband was young and naive at the time. When someone laughs at your income, walk away.
