I am extremely shocked how the manager took care of me, I believe his name is Sohail. I was facing an issue with the touch technology with food orders they have now instead of waiting in line to do so. I used a coupon to purchase my meal and in the end, it said "No Connection" so I asked one of the staff to help me and she said "One moment" whatever happened to the word, please? Anyways I went to another one and did the same thing only this time it said coupon invalid. So I waited in line to order my meal...I explained what happened and even tried to use the coupon code it didn't work because their technology screwed it up for me. The manager Sohail's solution was to call the app customer service - Does it look like I will do that during lunch! I told him I would like a better service which he did not seem to care. All he could have done is waived the $1 off instead he said was call the customer service I guess I have unlimited hours for lunch somehow...and that's he could/want to do.
This has truly shocked me on how the manager took customer service as I have always heard that McDonald's caters to customer service as their number one priority.
