  • EXCELLENT. I have taken my small fleet of trucks to Wes at Highline since the day they opened. Many people take their trucks to a big dealer with the hopes of them doing things right and finding real problems before they are bad and cost you more time. But we all come to find out that most of the time we get up sold, over charged, and it stays there for days. I have taken my trucks to several dealers and even under warranty and they don't even address some issues. I had to make sure I have gotten a copy of the intial drop off reciept that they do not even offer you. Which we should not need if we could trust them. Then smaller shops don't find problems. Highline has it all and as you can see Wes is very concerned about all customers issues, if any. He is very willing to address all issues, and pleasantly. Machanics have a tuff job, cars are for sure an art sometimes to fix. They can handle it. Be assured that if they say something else is wrong that it is accurate and they are not upselling you. No cheap parts here either. Charlie at the front desk will be there to greet you with a smile and is very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Highline for sure.
