I would have given a higher rating but something truly unfortunate happened while I was here. A handicapped woman and her mentally disabled son sat at the handicapped window, but staff refused to open it up for her. She hobbled to the regular line as her son sat alone and yelled out. No one was kind to him or even addressed him.
I'm happy they're open on Saturday, but this just made me sad. I guess handicapped people don't matter here. I tried to call while in line to make a manager aware, but after dialing 4 times with no answer, I gave up.
The recording said everyone was busy, but I saw employees without customers not answering the phone.
Marissa helped me and she was friendly and efficient. I asked who the manager on duty was and I was given her card... Anielka Martinez.
