  • By far the worst gym I've ever been to. Was told the wrong information when I signed up. I was under the impression I would pay an enrollment fee, and then be added on to my moms membership plan so it would only be 40 dollars a month for both my mom and me. Was then charged 50 dollars for enrolling and a week later charged 80 more dollars. Went in to talk to a manager and was told that I the customer was wrong and his employee didn't give the right information. Didn't get ANY REFUND, even tho it was the gyms fault for giving the wrong information. Not to mention I went one time and the size of the gym is way to small to be giving out any more memberships. It's over crowded and dirty. Before signing up be aware of what your paying for.... They charge you without telling you what your paying for. Also don't sign ANY documents, they try and blame the customer instead of handling their own problems. If I could give this gym a 0 I definitely would. 40 dollars a month per person is ridiculous ! LVAC IS A MUCH BETTER GYM WITH EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! LVAC has machines equipped with tvs to accommodate working out. This gym has absolutely nothing!
