AWFUL customer service. I had my internet service switched to a new location, which they confirmed, and come to find out they transferred my service to the WRONG address. Of course when I called, the told me it would be another 3 days before they could get someone to my house. They did NOTHING to rectify the issue that THEY caused. The 2 women I talked to on the phone didn't care and were absolutely no help. Clearly Century Link doesn't care about it's customers. My suggestion is getting Cox or another service. Nothing's worse than having awful customer service and incompetent staff.
