  • Horrible! I was put into a new plan to "save money," and then after two bills my payment jumped up significantly. I called customer service to be told i do not get a hot spot discount and i am stuck in this contract for two years. Do not TRUST this store, they are slimy and liars. After over 15 years as a sprint customer I am done with their bs.
