  • 3 days later......NOTHING. I still get The runaround from the customer service at Republic Services. They promise every day to get our bulk pick up yet it is still there. On this app they want me to direct message them, but they do not have the function turned on for customers to contact them. They give the appearance that they want to work with customers, but it's a smokescreen. I put my account code in my original review, yet they will not contact me. Today I called and asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor. I was told they were in a meeting and would call me back. Several hours later no phone call,........ imagine that! I just want this resolved.
