  • This a very nice facility. I was impressed on our first visit. Unfortunately, we left our beloved pet there for nine nights while on vacation. We were very seldom able to see him on the camper cams. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. I left an email which went unanswered. When I was finally able to talk to them three times they always said we were just about to call you. My dog was sick and no one ever called to inform us. He was kept away from the other dogs the majority of the time. He had not eaten anything for three days and no one called to inform us. My dog was not sick when we left him. I picked him up and took him to the vet immediately. He had lost ten pounds while at camp bow wow. I would not recommend this place to anyone. His bed also had a large rip down the side and was covered in urine stains. We are very disappointed that our dog was neglected like this for nine nights. NEVER AGAIN!!
