I used to really like Chipotle and really enjoyed their salads better than other competitors. Beyond that, I loved how it was a good no-brainer quick lunch when I forget to plan ahead. But as of the last year, it seems every time I go in for a chicken salad, the chicken (and sometimes fajita veggies) is completely charred and they forget to give me the dressing that follows the salad along the assembly line. I don't know what they're doing with the dressing or if the bagger is a magician on the side but I swear they put it in and then I get back to the office and it's not in there. Ugh! I'm not going to drive back for Pete's sake so then I'm stuck with a burned, bland salad. Shame on me for not checking every. single. time. Now I do but I'm a slow learner. But I also have converted from an almost weekly customer to a once every 4 months visitor. Can we go into a time machine to 2014 when your food was always good? Of course the positive that came out of the E Coli scare is it's a lot easier to find a parking space in the precarious parking lot full of aggressive burrito zombies!
