  • Stopped by the downtown location of Snoh on a recent Friday because our family wanted to grab a cold treat after visiting the Science Museum on a warm afternoon. Considering the lack of any boba spots in the part of Phoenix I live in, I couldn't deny that surely this visit would be worth it considering the Yelp reviews. I had 3 kids in tow and the first thing they noticed was all the fun games on the large seating table that people could play while enjoying their treats (connect 4, chess board, etc). I got a milk tea with boba for me, a mango smoothie for my oldest kid, a "breakfast bowl" for my middle child who undoubtedly agreed that anything that has Fruity Pebbles all over it has to be amazing, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for my 5 yr old who unfortunately is picky and doesn't appreciate any type of shave ice. Granted Snoh doesn't have ice cream on their menu, but they offer it as an additional add-on for your smoothie or milk tea for an extra $1. I kindly explained that my stubborn 3rd child wouldn't appreciate any of the offerings of the menu but asked in lieu of having an ice cream scoop add on in my drink, if I could have it separately in a bowl for my 3rd kid. The kind server at the register totally understood and obliged. Kudos to Snoh for accommodating my picky 5 year old because she had commented it was the best ice cream she ever had! We enjoyed our treats outside on the covered seating area outside and my kids enjoyed playing a life size Jenga game there. Definitely a fun hang out spot and my kids agreed everything was tasty, and we can't wait to go back!
