There were a handful of any booths offering anything remotely unique. Otherwise you are paying admission to go to a drinking festival with fair food. There was nothing culinary about a hot dog, kettle corn, and funnel cakes. The event didn't even offer select craft brews but Bud Light in a can. Thank god they use tickets to fool you into not understanding a quarter of a hamburger is $2 but hey, some of its going to charity, right? A majority of the civic center area is taken up by the "pay more" areas to drink in and sadly, some of the attractions like the Love sign are obscured by booths that would have been nice to sit by otherwise. Music venues seemed to be in a war to be louder than the other. Poor people that were in the library! Expected more out of an event billing itself as "culinary."
