  • Waited 20 minutes and watched 5 people after me get their orders. Went up to the counter and asked about it. When the employee came back I just asked for a refund. She looked it up and her response was, "You should have gotten it." There were 3 employees and it felt completely chaotic in there. When you charge $9 for a acai bowl you should make sure your customer service is also in point.
