  • OMYGOSHHHHH!!! i havent been this excited about a restaurant in a LONG time so bear w/me here!! bottom line? its freakin deLish!!!! lol so... i had read about this new 'sushi-style' burrito joint opening up here in town in the LV weekly and thought, "what a great concept!" so, we stopped in tonite to give it a shot... talk about an explosion of only the best flavors on earth mixed with the perfect amount of crunch goin on with each bite you take! im serious, its beyond excellent! * hubby had the 'redondo' and had them add some shrimp tempura (wrapped in seaweed) --he can eat!! & thought he'd be ordering more, but in the end he was satisfied with one :) * i had the 'huntington' and added ahi tuna, xtra jalapeños and diablo loca sauce (wrapped in seaweed) i got additional salsa and jalas from the salsa bar bc i do like my mouth on fire basically, lol. however, i didnt end up using any of the extra bc it was plenty of heat already!! it was HUGE n i didnt think i was guna be able to finish, but it was so freakin good, i DID eat the entire burrito!!! * we also ordered taro chips --BOMB! w/cheese sauce to dip em in and some edamame (which we didnt even end up eating bc were so full!) if u like sushi? go there! if u like burritos? go there! u will not be disappointed!! guaranteed ;) its inexpensive too!! and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! ooh! almost forgot to mention the house-made soy sauce, which u really dont need, but i tastes it on my finger and it was amazinggggg!!!
