  • Let me start by saying the rates are not as low as they seem a $20 resort fee is tacked on at checkout. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, first we booked a king when we got there it was two doubles, even though our reservation showed a king. We were charged to upgraded because they had no kings left in the regular rooms. Then there is no WIFi, no DVD players not even to get from front desk. To rent movie that's on DVD it's 14 bucks! Now that's all fine but to tote your place as a resort and not have DVD or even microwaves in the room? Also the room they moved us to which we were charged for had sprinklers shooting the path we got soAked getting in they ran for an hour before we had to call to have them shut off, there was a small lake in front of our door. Place is run down and we were originally quoted 64 bucks for a room we ended up paying 100 . Horrible customer service, I will never stay here again, I have left a message for the manager we will see if he makes any concession for this nightmare!
