I have never had a negative experience at Chipotle until I went to this location. We ordered a large amount of food online for staff. When we were notified that our food would be done in 3 hours, we realized that we couldn't wait that long. We called the store to cancel the order, and the associate hung up on us after saying "ok." I then went into the store to order everything in person, so it would be done quicker. They were beyond annoyed that I was ordering 8 meals and basically slopped all the food together. My naked burrito was soggy and sloppy. Several burritos were made incorrectly and the fillings were falling out. Not to mention the staff kept apologizing to the customers behind me, as if me ordering 8 meals was super inconvenient for them. To make matters worse, I still got charged for the original order, and when I called the store, the staff told me I have to work with corporate to get a refund. I will never go to this location again.
