| - 0 stars, NEGATIVE stars as many NEGATIVE starts that can be given!!! OMG where do I even start ?
I called there to ask a question about my car, and needed to speak to a Service TECH, NOT a stupid Service Writer, who know NOTHING about fixing cars, they only know how to take information, "name, phone number and what seems to be the problem with the car ?" So I spoke to a nice older guy who said he used to be a service tech, but is now a service writer, I said, since my car is brand new, he is probably not able to help with my question, he agreed, and said he would put this service tech Carl on the phone. Unfortunately Carl did not come to the phone.
So I called back and asked for Carl, the incompetent receptionist transferred me to some voicemail, not ONCE but THREE times. then the next time I called (they must have caller I.D.) she didn't even ANSWER the phone, she put me directly in to voicemail. The next time I called she picked up and then HUNG UP THE PHONE !!! As a former receptionist at a car dealer, that is totally unacceptable. I promptly called again and asked for H.R. . . I got some equally inept chick named Jamie, who pretended to care that her receptionist was hanging up on people whom she did not want to deal with - so professional. So this Jamie chick said she would get me to Carl - again pretending to understand my plight. I have a $50k vehicle and I need to ask a freaking question, I do not have time to play their stupid games !
So anyway, this Jamie chick was just as rude as the receptionist, finally she says she is transferring me to Carl, when in reality she transfers me to the Service Manager, another dumb-ass who is on a power trip and cannot answer my question.
I decided to go down there after work and ask to see Carl, I almost got to see him until is fat, ugly, power trippin service manager rolls him self out to intercept.
If you value being treated with respect and like you matter, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP... This is NOT the first time I have something negative to say about them.
Earlier in the year, this Randy guy, old as dirt, buys the cars for the dealership, pretended to be doing me a favor by showing me an invoice for a car, because my sister is an employee. He says to me not to tell ANYONE he showed that to me. Says if I need any help ot let him know. So a few days later I email him, I can SEE that he read it, and nothing. I wait, two weeks or so go by, I email again. I can SEE that he read it and nothing... I guess he does not want to bring this shitty dealer any more business. FINE BY ME !
DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE...if you value being treated with respect.
***UPDATE *** Apparently this Jaime chick did not read the ENTIRE review... SHE is part of the problem!!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE -- DO NOT GIVE THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS!! There are much more honest dealerships out there!
