  • Charles did an impeccable job. He works clean and efficient. He put down drop clothes over my floor and over my clothes. I called Golden's because I needed my dryer vent fixed/replaced. They were able to come out the next day. When Charles arrived he diagnosed the problem then gave me options on how we could repair or replace the system. He was not pushy when offering me different options such as the cost of repairing the problem or replacing it. I planned on replacing it but Charles gave me a few different options. Golden's Good Air has earned my trust and I will be having them return to clean my air ducts. Also my dryer now works because Charles replaced the entire vent line. A+ service.
