  • My friend is house shopping and I gladly reminded her of my experience as she was looking at an America West home... she is no longer considering that home. I've heard America West has some questionable positive posts via a message I received. My position is always BUYER BEWARE. Do your research as this company, whichever name variation used, has a history which is not great. I've had people reach out to me after reading my post as well as people I interact in person share negative experiences so to me, this leopard hasn't changed its spots. I have started looking at new homes too, not totally committed to moving yet, but guess which builder I refuse to buy from ;-)
