| - Was down at Brillaire on a sat because my daughter wanted to sign up for the school, I was immediately impressed with the look of the school, it gives off the vibe of a salon when you 1st walk in, you have to walk around the corner to see the students & clients. Everyone was friendly and polite. Daughter got signed up and she is ready to start. When signing her up, I asked if I could get my hair done, cut & color and an appointment was made for me at 12 pm that day, oh yeah!!
1st off everyone needs to remember, this is a working school, they are students doing your hair, not full professionals, so keep your diva tude at home and just show patience and kindness, this is their starting point for their career. There was a lady in a few chairs next to me acting like she was in a fufu salon and just pitching fits, for what? I have no idea; I felt really bad for the girl trying to please her, so reminder when coming to a working cosmetology school, leave your diva at home.
I had a haircut & color, the girl who did my hair was Daniele C, very sweet girl, wish her the best of luck after she graduates. Hair cut & color turned out great! I also found out that since my daughter will be a student working on the floor, I can receive services for just 10 bucks!!! Oh yea baby!! I hear the blond highlights already calling me, but in order to get that banging deal, I have to have my daughter do my hair haha I better not piss her off & tip her well hahahaha
Daughter will be in school for 11 months, so I know I will be back.
