  • It isn't a vacation without me losing or breaking my phone! I dropped my phone face down on the ground and cracked my screen to pieces. Luckily, our concierge at Elara recommended Go Gadget. Jose was so friendly on the phone and in person and reassured me they could get it fixed. I have an old Android phone so they needed to send for the part but still had it fixed within 24 hrs. Friendliest service I've experienced in Vegas, I'm so very appreciative! Joanna
