  • I've been a member of the credit union since 2014. I love Krystin at this office; however, see nobody but her and the manager. Kathy is nice too. Do NOT SEE NORMA. She personally disrespected me and humiliated in me in front of other members. My mother signed a check over to me on Friday. She did it at 7 PM, so I couldn't go into the credit union branch to make the deposit. I had to do it via the ATM deposit. I explained to Norma that I needed help because my rent is due tomorrow and the money wasn't available yet. Norma had a terrible attitude and said, "I'm not releasing a DIME to you. I don't care!" I have never felt so disrespected by anyone, especially at this branch. She was ridiculous. Krystin, Emily & Kathy are the only ones anyone should see at this location. Norma doesn't deserve to be working there if she's going to speak to customers that way.
