  • My girl and I went to the class where they were making French croissants. The chef was very knowledgeable to help us succeed in making these. After being in Paris and eating the real thing, you would want to know how they make them also because they are very tasty when done right! the class was 3 hours long, so make sure you have a good attention span. They also offer many other types of classes depending what you are looking for, this might be the place to get you some kitchen skills at home.
