  • 1 word: perfect from A to Z. Had the top of my Crossfire replaced by Ken and his team. Ken clearly shows passion in what he does. Also his product knowledge is excellent and since he's proud of what he does, the result is just perfect! I highly recommend this shop to anybody seeking quality upholstery repair/replacement. No doubt, if given a second choice... I would just return to them! Ps: other reviewers call him a grumpy man... had far from that impression, he even brought me to the rental car place and we had a good chat!
