  • Please do not waste your money !!!!!! Insanely over priced !!!! Very rude front desk lady!!!! I paid $1500 for a brand new water heater a year and a half ago . It has a crack in it over a year later and they won't even look at it for free. They do not guarantee their parts and labor only 30 days!!! I thought I was paying extra money so I would get good customer service but I was incorrect !! Yes initial experience w installation was great but that is all . Now I'm stuck spending another $700 to replace my water heater , very dissatisfied. I always support local businesses , I only leave good reviews . I believe if you don't have something nice to say don't . However I don't believe in companies taking advantage of their customers . You've been warned .
